What you'll do

• Lead field technician operations and assign daily tasks
• provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and system repair
• install, configure, and maintain AV/IT systems and networks
• program and modify Crestron, Extron, and AMX control systems
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain documentation
• support event setup, rehearsals, and live operations
• maintain equipment inventory and lifecycle data
• train and mentor junior technicians
• coordinate with G6 IT staff and cybersecurity personnel.
