What you'll do

• Conduct community outreach and screening for trauma or mental health concerns
• provide information, referrals, and linkages where appropriate
• provide informal lay counseling based on identified needs
• prioritize individuals and families affected by natural disasters
• transport clients as needed using an agency vehicle and travel in a personal vehicle on an as-needed basis throughout the island.
