The Resident Assistant – Evening Shift, Part-Time role is onsite in Pine City, MN, with a schedule of 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., 16 hours per pay period, including every other weekend and holiday. Pay is $19–$23.65 per hour. The position is in Vivie’s Nursing department and supports residents in their community. The role provides hands-on assistance with daily living and helps residents maintain comfort, safety, dignity, and social connection. It contributes to resident wellbeing by supporting personal care, meals, activities, housekeeping, and communication of health or emotional changes to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting preferences
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain resident spaces through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• monitor and report changes in health or emotional wellbeing to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition
• perform other assigned duties.
