What you'll do

• Operate stencil printers, surface-mount placement equipment, loading systems, and reflow ovens
• inspect board assemblies
• run production lines to prescribed rates
• perform changeovers and setups
• receive incoming reels
• solder add-on components
• maintain productivity and quality
• follow work instructions and policies
• keep the work area clean
• cross-train and rotate among department jobs as needed.
