The Door-to-Door Sales Team Lead role is onsite in Meridian, ID, with pay of $26 per hour plus uncapped performance-based bonuses. The role supports Renewal by Andersen’s Residential Canvassing team within the Non-Traditional Marketing department. Working alongside canvassers in the field, the team lead coaches and develops team members, organizes daily field activity, and helps the group meet performance goals. The role also communicates team results and challenges to marketing leadership and represents the company professionally to homeowners.

What you'll do

• Work alongside Residential Canvassers and lead by example
• coach team members on communication, confidence, and homeowner conversations
• provide real-time feedback, role play, and support
• motivate the team toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• organize territories, equipment, and field activities
• reinforce processes and department expectations
• communicate performance and challenges to leadership
• complete attendance, timecard, and time-off reviews through Paylocity.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Requires 6+ months of canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, direct marketing, sales, or related customer-facing experience, plus a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
