Communications Operator

The Communications Operator role is onsite in Edinburg, TX, with pay of $18.95 per hour. The position performs communications functions within the City of Edinburg Police Department. What you'll do

• Process emergency and non-emergency calls and service requests
• coordinate law enforcement and fire responses by two-way radio
• communicate with emergency personnel
• enter data and record warrants, stolen vehicles and property, runaways, and protective orders in a national database
• dispatch department personnel
• support other department divisions.
