What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resources
• maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates
• manage cross-functional teams and facilitate work sessions
• elicit and document business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
• model current and future processes and data flows
• coordinate solution design, procurement support, UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch support
• ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records standards, and governance frameworks. Requires at least seven years of project management experience, business analysis and process redesign experience, five years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise initiatives, and a bachelor's degree.
