Compensation is $41–$43 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Weekend Supervisor role is an onsite position in Burlington, NC. The House Supervisor supports nursing operations at Alamance Health Care Center, a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The supervisor helps maintain continuity of patient care by overseeing nursing operations in the Director of Nursing’s absence. The role reviews staffing, assigns or replaces staff to meet care needs, completes rounds, coordinates patient transitions, and supports and evaluates evening and night employees.

What you'll do

• Oversee the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence
• review staffing at shift change and assign or replace staff to meet patient care needs
• complete patient care rounds
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure appropriate documentation
• assist with orientation of evening and night employees
• and supervise and evaluate evening and night employees.
