What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations for ground-up multifamily projects
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• manage schedules and milestones
• maintain quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
• lead onsite safety efforts and OSHA compliance
• coordinate trade sequencing
• work with project managers on budgets, schedules, and field updates
• review drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• maintain daily reports and site logs
• support punch lists, turnover, and closeout.
