What you'll do

• Implement and own the Ultimo CMMS
• build preventive maintenance and spare-parts programs
• maintain asset hierarchy and equipment registry
• standardize work-order intake, planning, scheduling, execution tracking, closeout, and documentation
• create maintenance schedules aligned with production and labor availability
• increase planned work and reduce reactive maintenance
• coordinate with maintenance and operations
• manage maintenance KPIs
• lead parts and services procurement
• train personnel on CMMS use
• identify continuous improvements
• support capital projects by setting up equipment and PMs in Ultimo
• ensure maintenance activities meet safety, GMP, and food-safety requirements.
