What you'll do

• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations, including ratios, health and safety, documentation, records, credentials, and inspection preparation
• provide classroom care and instruction when coverage is needed
• recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff
• conduct evaluations and address personnel issues
• communicate with families
• report operational and staffing matters to the Executive Director/Owner
• manage tours, family onboarding, and enrollment records
• submit supply and resource requests.
