The role supports Peter Paul Development Center’s Operations/Education department and programs serving youth, families, community members, and older adults. The role supports staff, schedules, program quality, community partnerships, and operational systems so programs are organized, engaging, and aligned with the Chief Program Officer’s direction.

What you'll do

• Coordinate program goals, priorities, calendars, and initiatives with the Chief Program Officer
• manage and support program staff
• ensure programs are staffed, scheduled, prepared, and operating efficiently
• coordinate across program areas
• monitor implementation and quality
• coordinate logistics with community partners and providers
• support staff onboarding, training, and coaching
• maintain calendars, records, and systems
• coordinate events and operational needs
• support social work program implementation, records, participation tracking, and data collection.
