What you'll do

• Act as property manager at assigned sites
• prepare for management and occupancy reviews, inspections, and file audits
• maintain certifications, recertifications, waiting lists, and reporting
• oversee rent collection, budgets, and expenditures
• direct maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and vendors
• lead site teams
• prepare transition summaries
• train and mentor property managers and assistants.
