What you'll do

• Assess acute changes in patients in a fast-paced environment
• interpret rhythm strips and pass the EKG strip test at orientation
• float as required
• provide telemetry nursing care at the stated 1:6 ratio
• use Epic charting
• maintain competence in chronic ventilator experience as specified. Competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, and Cardizem is preferred.
