What you'll do

• Set electrical architecture and technical direction for inverters, battery management systems, and microgrid interconnect devices
• own specifications, topology selection, schematic capture, PCB layout strategy, board bring-up, validation, and reliability testing
• lead and mentor electrical engineers
• drive embedded systems and power converter design
• collaborate across firmware, mechanical, test, reliability, and manufacturing teams
• own production end-of-line testers
• debug system-level electrical issues
• drive product improvements using field and manufacturing feedback.
