Division 8 Project Manager

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage commercial Division 8 projects from contract award through closeout
• coordinate submittals, shop drawings, purchase orders, and change orders
• conduct site visits
• coordinate procurement, deliveries, and billing
• track progress and costs
• manage vendor relationships
• communicate with contractors, architects, product representatives, and building owners
• and maintain project documentation.
