What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise clinical care for BTs/RBTs across a caseload of 10–15 clients
  • maintain at least 25 billable hours per week
  • support assessments and treatment-plan implementation under BCBA guidance
  • track client progress
  • collaborate with families and clinical team members
  • and ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery.
