What you'll do
- Analyze and document business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies
- prepare system documentation and technical communications
- develop functional requirements and data elements for complex integrated systems
- gather requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, and workflow analysis
- facilitate Agile planning, standups, demonstrations, and retrospectives
- manage product backlog and scrum notes
- develop training materials and support knowledge transfer.
