What you'll do

• Design manufacturing processes, including machine selection, fixtures, gauges, tooling, control plans, work instructions, tool-life studies, and heat-treat studies. Identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• resolve quality and throughput issues
• track projects
• develop equipment layouts and routings
• support production processes
• update process drawings, control plans, work instructions, and routings
• document research and prepare reports
• and ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
