D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility serving youth ages 7 and older, adults, and teams, with a mission to help athletes reach their goals through coaching and structured programming. The trainer coaches group workouts, personal training sessions, and teams, adapting movements and programs to individual needs. The role helps members build strength, speed, and confidence through instruction, safe technique, and ongoing relationships.

What you'll do

• Create a positive training environment
• coach group workouts, personal training sessions, and teams
• assess athletes and align them with appropriate programs
• adapt movements to individual needs and goals
• provide guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition
• teach proper form and technique
• build relationships and maintain regular contact with athletes
• support youth, adults, and female athletes.
