Development Manager — Mission Services

What you'll do

• Build partnerships with businesses, schools, public agencies, community providers, training programs, and reentry organizations
• recruit employers for career exploration and work-based learning
• coordinate employer participation and placement follow-up
• represent Goodwill at community events
• recruit sponsors and coordinate fundraising events and giving campaigns
• coordinate donation drives
• track contributions and campaign results
• identify grant opportunities and maintain deadlines
• coordinate grant materials and reporting
• develop work plans, monitor budgets and deadlines, coordinate staff and volunteers, and report results.

Why this role

A related bachelor's degree is preferred, with equivalent education and experience considered. Three years of relevant partnership, outreach, workforce development, nonprofit coordination, or fundraising experience is preferred. Grant writing is not required.
