What you'll do

• Oversee delivery of care and clinical outcomes
• provide medical guidance and supervision
• develop medical policies, standards, and protocols
• oversee primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
• participate as needed in primary care and after-hours on-call coverage
• oversee Medicare Part D compliance and the quality improvement plan
• review quality-of-care issues and corrective actions
• train and educate the interdisciplinary team
• represent the program to external and regulatory organizations.
