What you'll do

• Plan, sequence, and complete assigned scopes
• lead and develop a crew of 1–4
• perform carpentry and remodeling from demolition through finish, including framing, trim, doors, and windows
• read plans and lay out work
• coordinate with other trades
• maintain clean, secure, and safe work
• flag scope changes and issues to the Project Manager
• document work in construction-management software.
