What you'll do

• Provide small-group and individual academic interventions using evidence-based practices
• collaborate with teachers on plans aligned with instructional goals and curriculum standards
• differentiate instruction
• monitor student performance and adjust instruction
• help students self-assess and set goals
• analyze academic data and document progress
• share data and recommendations in SAT meetings
• communicate with Pupil Appraisal and provide graphed progress data
• communicate with families and provide written progress reports
• maintain accurate records and participate in professional development and school activities.
