What you'll do

• Develop and implement an activities program for residents’ needs and interests
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on resident needs and individualized activity plans
• plan and direct arts and crafts, games, exercise programs, and social events
• recruit and engage volunteers
• evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed
• maintain activity schedules, participation records, and program evaluations
• demonstrate resident-centered care and empathy.
