What you'll do

• Lead and manage assigned clinic staff
• coordinate daily operations with providers and other staff supervisors
• ensure staffing coverage and patient flow
• coach staff and conduct performance evaluations
• oversee onboarding, training, and competency assessments
• address patient concerns and monitor satisfaction
• manage supplies, medications, and vaccines
• conduct quality audits and maintain compliance with applicable requirements
• monitor operational and financial metrics
• lead process improvement
• collaborate with other clinic managers and internal departments
• support clinic financial goals and resource utilization.
