What you'll do

• Provide personal care, companionship, and support in patients’ homes
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and toileting
• monitor and report condition changes to the supervising nurse
• provide emotional support to patients and families
• document care in the EMR
• follow the clinical team’s plan of care. Current Idaho CNA certification or ability to obtain, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance are listed.
