Healthy Families Program Coordinator

Job overview

The Healthy Families Program Coordinator role is based in Jamestown, North Dakota, with a blend of office, community, and field-based work. Pay is $21.00–$24.00 per hour. The role also includes direct home visiting as needed to support staffing and program operations, with travel primarily within the service area.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Healthy Families ND Program
• supervise, coach, and develop Family Support Specialists
• guide family-centered services
• build community partnerships
• collaborate on program improvements
• monitor quality, documentation, and compliance with Healthy Families America standards
• provide home visits as needed
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
