What you'll do

• Maintain or supervise repairs to the facility and equipment
• assist with grounds upkeep
• maintain department records and preventive maintenance
• clean and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
• order and distribute supplies
• orient new hires on fire safety, SDS, and lockout/tagout
• participate in QAPI
• schedule the department
• oversee building cleanliness and laundry
• perform floor scrubbing, waxing, and buffing
• take responsibility for the building during emergencies, which may require work outside normal hours.
