What you'll do

• Meet weekly with clients and support staffing needs, communications, initiatives, and launches
• fill open positions and support last-minute requests when possible
• recruit and maintain candidate pipelines and tracking systems
• interview, hire, and onboard team members
• maintain accurate assignments and records
• uphold compliance requirements
• submit operational reports and payroll
• identify growth opportunities
• conduct safety visits and meetings
• engage, coach, and support team members.
