What you'll do

• Lead design of traction power substations, rectifier and transformer systems, DC switchgear and AC distribution, overhead catenary interfaces, third rail systems, and grounding and bonding systems. Perform or oversee load flow, short-circuit, voltage drop, harmonic, and coordination studies. Develop design criteria, specifications, drawings, and calculations
• conduct design reviews and ensure QA/QC. Coordinate with civil, structural, track, signals, and systems disciplines. Interface with utilities and transit agencies. Support construction services, proposals, client meetings, and technical presentations.
