What you'll do

• Provide guest service and assist customers with gaming needs
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• support associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and equipment
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures and company policies.
