What you'll do

• Obtain daily production and preparation requirements from the Chef
• prepare meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to approved standards
• stock and replenish cold products
• store food using HACCP wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables
• follow service, inventory, cash-control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
