The Design Manager, Rail + Transit role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA. The base compensation range is $160,000–$230,000 annually. The role supports the continued growth and delivery of TYLin’s California Rail & Transit practice, contributing to transportation infrastructure projects and sustainable community solutions. The manager leads multidisciplinary design teams and oversees technical deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality across major transportation projects. The role also builds client relationships, supports pursuits and business development, improves design delivery, and mentors engineering staff.
