What you'll do

• Assist employees with company forms
• answer and transfer calls
• record absences and vacation requests
• enter attendance, vacation, transfer, and disciplinary information
• file personnel records
• witness management interviews
• generate reports
• assist with payroll issues, FMLA paperwork, hiring documentation, staffing spreadsheets, and check distribution
• maintain forms and check registers
• perform switchboard duties.
