What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• monitor property access and verify visitor and vendor authorization
• maintain entry records
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct patrols of common areas, access points, and the perimeter
• prepare reports and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
