The Vice President of Membership and Development Operations position is onsite at Pheasants Forever’s National Office in White Bear Lake, MN. The salary range is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports membership, annual giving, and development operations for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, organizations focused on conservation. This executive leader builds the operational systems and accountability needed to support fundraising growth. The role guides membership and annual giving strategy, donor stewardship, data and reporting, team development, and organization-wide campaign execution.

What you'll do

• Lead development operations strategy across membership, annual giving, major and planned gifts, and capital campaigns
• oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, receipting, pledges, recurring payments, and membership benefits
• establish operational policies and data standards
• lead stewardship and supporter services
• direct membership acquisition, renewal, retention, upgrades, and reactivation
• guide direct mail, email, digital, and AutoPay initiatives
• oversee performance dashboards and reporting
• advise senior leadership
• lead and develop the Membership and Development Operations Team
• manage budgets, revenue goals, staffing plans, and operational objectives
• some travel is required for annual Pheasant Fest, Quail Classic, and other member and donor events.
