Senior Welding Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and qualify welding techniques for reactor core internals
• develop welding processes for ferritic-martensitic and austenitic stainless steels
• prepare welding specifications and procedures
• lead supplier technical development
• oversee weld equipment and test coupons
• develop inspection criteria
• plan and oversee weld qualification tests
• analyze test data and prepare technical reports
• coordinate materials development and testing with project teams
• assist with supplier audits.
