The Corporate Counsel role is onsite five days a week in Palo Alto, CA, Washington, D.C., Austin, TX, or New York, NY. Compensation is $220,000–$260,000. What you'll do

• Lead or support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions
• coordinate diligence, structuring, drafting, negotiation, execution, and integration
• partner with corporate development, finance, and operations
• drive post-closing integration
• build transaction processes and playbooks
• advise on governance and subsidiary matters
• oversee subsidiary formations, dissolutions, and compliance
• provide general corporate counsel.
