What you'll do

  • Perform laboratory tests across assigned areas, including hematology, immunohematology, immunology, bacteriology, microscopy, chemistry, and therapeutic drug monitoring
  • perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
  • calibrate and maintain instruments
  • conduct quality control and troubleshooting
  • prepare reagents
  • validate and report results
  • support laboratory procedures, staff orientation, and quality improvement.
