What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software or product support for customer tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, and support refund and future tax planning.
• Address customer inquiries, build long-term client relationships, engage prospects, and participate in local marketing and community outreach.
