• drive engineering strategies and manage project budgets and delivery
• lead capital planning and project definition through commissioning
• ensure policy, quality, EHS, and GMP compliance
• assess and mitigate project risks
• implement cost and efficiency improvements
• coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• hire, manage performance, and develop staff.
