What you'll do

  • Provide assessment, brief therapy, safety planning, and trauma-informed care to a small VOCA caseload
  • prepare quarterly statistical data and semi-annual and annual reports
  • document services and track outcomes in a secure EHR
  • supervise and coach a peer recovery specialist using Intentional Peer Support principles
  • coordinate training and professional development
  • oversee daily program operations
  • collaborate with regional providers, legal partners, and advocacy agencies
  • participate in quality assurance and planning.
