What you'll do

• Set up cuts and fills, plan haul routes, and maintain haul roads
• perform rough grading and coordinate with inspectors
• interpret plans, specifications, contractual requirements, and schedules
• communicate status and issues to the superintendent and project manager
• recommend production and equipment improvements
• coordinate employees and equipment
• communicate with vendors and subcontractors
• follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• and maintain as-built records and documentation.
