Harnessing Technical Trainer

The trainer develops technicians through classroom instruction and hands-on coaching, helping apprentices build the skills and process discipline needed to produce customer hardware to quality and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Lead classroom training on manufacturing fundamentals and specialized harness operations
• coach trainees during on-the-job training with demonstrations and feedback
• reinforce quality and operations standards
• provide constructive performance feedback
• identify trainees needing additional support
• collect feedback and recommend curriculum, SOP, and material updates
• collaborate with Training, Engineering, and Quality
• track trainee progress and certification readiness.
