What you'll do

• Oversee surgical clinic services and pre- and post-operative care
• monitor surgical protocols, triage, and appointment coordination
• support infection control and patient safety audits
• supervise, schedule, evaluate, and mentor nursing and support staff
• coordinate training
• address patient concerns and educate patients and families
• maintain nursing documentation and surgical checklists
• monitor supplies and sterile storage
• support emergency readiness and incident reporting
• prepare reports and coordinate with OT, CSSD, anesthesia, and other departments.
