What you'll do

• Direct lab staff and technicians, including scheduling sample pickups and site dispatches and providing technical training
• manage laboratory and field activities to meet ASTM, CCRL, AASHTO, DSA, and CA DOT standards
• review, approve, and distribute test reports
• evaluate vendors and identify project risks or material failures
• maintain accreditation through equipment calibration and safety compliance
• coordinate with clients on staffing, timelines, and technical interpretations
• organize records, order supplies, and support lab operations.
