What you'll do

• Convert patient leads into appointments using phone, chat, email, and text
• meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-kept and conversion targets
• explain Chiro One services and care benefits
• manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and chats
• suggest process, script, and system improvements
• participate in sales and technology training.
