Community Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise leasing and maintenance teams and on-site contract workers
• review rental applications and lease agreements
• ensure regulatory and environmental compliance
• recommend repairs and improvements
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• schedule on-call personnel and supervise on-site emergencies
• support marketing and leasing
• maintain accounting records, approve invoices, monitor rent delinquencies and evictions
• assist with annual budgets and monthly variance reports
• respond to resident concerns and enforce community rules.
