What you'll do
- Build respectful relationships with individuals served
- assist with daily activities, recreation, classes, outings, and skill development
- support individual service plan goals and self-determination
- assist with community activities and transportation
- prepare activity materials
- complete documentation
- report concerns and safety issues
- follow safety and confidentiality requirements
- complete onboarding, training, and competency validation.
